Rewilding the Soul – A Nature & Wellbeing Retreat

We believe in the power of nature, community, and compassion to heal, uplift, and remind us who we truly are.

Join us for a transformative weekend in North Somerset, where nature, creativity, movement, and community come together in a unique experience that blends the serenity of a well-being retreat with the joy and energy of a mini-festival.

Dates: Friday 4th – Sunday 6th July 2025

The Experience

Rewilding the Soul isn’t just an event — it’s a chance to pause, breathe, and come back to what really matters. It’s a heart-led weekend of nature, connection, creativity, and community. Less hustle, more presence. Think campfires, honest conversations, hands in the earth, and space to feel like yourself again. A mix of workshops, soulful moments, and gentle celebration — all held in a safe, down-to-earth space where you can just be.

As a not-for-profit organisation, we are committed to keeping costs low to make this weekend as accessible and inclusive as possible. By fostering a community-driven spirit, we ensure that meaningful experiences in nature, creativity, and connection remain open to all.

What to Expect

Nature Connection

Slow down and reconnect with the land through guided forest bathing, mindful walks, and open time to wander 130 acres of wild, ancient woodland.

Creative Expression:

Make, move, and express yourself freely. Whether through nature-inspired art & crafts, dance, or spontaneous music, creativity is welcomed here — no experience needed.

Mindfulness & Healing:

Drop into stillness with gentle meditation, yoga, and well-being practices. There’ll also be opportunities for healing, rest, and inner reflection.

Mini-Festival Vibe

This isn’t your average retreat. Think soulful acoustic jams, fire circles, singing, and community connection — all in a cosy, heart-led atmosphere.

Freedom & Play:

Let go of the to-do list. Follow your curiosity. Laugh, explore, and connect in ways that feel natural, joyful, and real.

More than anything, this is a chance to just be. Step away from the noise, breathe in the trees, and come home to yourself.

This gathering is for anyone craving a deeper connection with nature, a slower pace, and a sense of belonging. Whether you're just beginning to explore nature-based practices or you’ve walked this path for years, Rewilding the Soul welcomes you just as you are — no labels, no expectations. It’s a space to come home to yourself, through the land and through each other.
